The following services attract a fee with a preferential rate for members:
- Drafting/updating contracts of employment and employee handbooks.
- Provide financial indemnity to cover awards of compensation if taken to an employment tribunal.
- Representing members at Employment Tribunals and the Employment Appeal Tribunal.
- Providing courses on current issues concerning employment legislation and Human Resource Management.
