Responsibilities: Advising on Employment Law
and Human Resource issues
Representing members at Employment Tribunals
Reviewing HR policies, procedures and documentation
Training of supervisory & managerial staff of member companies in HR issues
Background: Has been with CBWT since March 2000 undertaking above. Previously spent 30 years in Personnel Management in various sectors - last ten years in manufacturing industry - clothing and electrical cable manufacture. Experienced in dealing with both unionised and non-unionised companies.
